The Difference
Ecuador’s Certificado de Inversión Audiovisual (CIA) provides an incentive equivalent to 37% of qualifying audiovisual production costs and expenses incurred in Ecuador and financed through eligible foreign direct investment, subject to the applicable requirements and approval process.
